Candidates often have a love-hate relationship with agencies. Their biggest gripe is that it takes their consultant a long time to get back to them with answers to their queries. And the most urgent query they have is regarding the payment – they need to know why they haven’t been paid yet, why the amount is incorrect, and when they can expect the payment.
