Nationwide and Computacenter have completed an upgrade of the building societyâs 1,360 ATMs. The cashpoint network is now based on Windows 7, a move Nationwide believes will improve service to customers and make its systems more secure. Using Windows 7 (the network was previously based on the almost obsolete XP) means the ATMs can now be supported remotely.
