We are seeking a Responsible AI Consultant to join our clients in Brussels, starting as soon as possible until 2nd January 2026. This role offers a unique chance to shape the future of AI within the financial industry, ensuring ethical, sustainable, and robust AI solutions.
Role Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement AI Risk Frameworks to ensure the robustness and fairness of high-risk AI systems.
- Provide strategic guidance on risk frameworks, including investment decisions in Responsible AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with legal, risk, and data teams to align strategies with group policies and frameworks.
- Engage with data scientists and business analysts to design and implement risk management solutions for high-risk systems.
- Ensure the sustainability of AI solutions through active participation in risk management processes.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Artificial Intelligence, preferably as a data scientist, with a strong focus on risk management.
- Comprehensive understanding of legal regulatory frameworks surrounding AI development and deployment, including the European AI Act and GDPR.
- Familiarity with the financial sector, its challenges, products, and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first approach. Ability to engage and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and proficiency in French and/or Dutch.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Certifications in AI development, regulations, or risk management are highly advantageous.
