We are seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to join the Cloud Migration initiative. This role is pivotal in migrating applications from legacy systems to a cloud environment. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, ensuring timely and budget-compliant migrations.
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee the migration of applications within your scope, ensuring adherence to the defined migration process
- Coordinate with various teams, anticipate issues, and propose pragmatic solutions.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure all deliverables meet the required standards.
- Facilitate communication between business units and stakeholders, contributing to the preparation of the Migration Board.
Requirements:
- Proven background in IT and IT project management, with a strong understanding of stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with IT processes (Architecture, Testing, Release) and Agile methodology is advantageous.
- Proficiency in cloud technology and IT infrastructure is a plus. Ability to report clearly and work proactively with teams.
- Preferable experience within a financial institution.
