We are looking for an external consultant who can help the bank use new generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Office CoPilot to improve employee productivity and efficiency in standard activities. You will work with different business users from different parts of the bank, such as marketing, sales, and back office, and with different profiles, such as managers, project managers, salespeople, etc.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and create the prompts that can elicit the best responses from the generative AI tools, using prompt engineering techniques and best practices
- Understand the business needs: Identify the use cases, the business need and scenarios where our generative AI tools can add value and solve problems
- Test and evaluate the quality and accuracy of the generative AI tools’ outputs, using appropriate metrics and feedback mechanisms
- Train and coach the business users on how to use the generative AI tools effectively and responsibly and begin to set in place a prompt academy
- Document and communicate the results and learnings of the project
Required experience:
- Deep knowledge of generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Mistral, Llama and Microsoft Office Copilot and their underlying principles of large language models
- Strong experience in advanced prompt engineering, including designing, creating, testing and optimizing prompts for different tasks and domains
- Business understanding and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
- Communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts and results in a clear and concise manner
