We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our clients’ Digital Channels & Customer Experience team in the banking sector. You will play a key role in gathering, analysing, and refining stakeholder requirements, ensuring seamless digital journeys for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, challenge, and consolidate needs from various stakeholders, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter.
- Collaborate with experts to define product concepts, detailed processes, and functional architecture.
- Involve end-users to identify and validate needs and pain points, supporting the product owner.
- Apply the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) concept and assist in backlog prioritisation and refinement.
- Define acceptance criteria for features and support the development team during refinement.
- Provide support during business and user testing, and assist in organising User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support change and go-to-market activities, monitoring the success of new solutions and suggesting improvements.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in relevant roles, with a strong background in financial services, particularly in digital journey definition and implementation within customer channels.
- Certification in Business Analysis and Project Management Methodology is required.
- Proficiency in business analysis methods and techniques, including elicitation, impact mapping, story mapping, and design thinking.
- Strong understanding of workflow processes, business architecture, and project experience in large companies.
- Good expertise in MS Office and a solid understanding of IT and testing.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, excellent communication and presentation skills, conceptual thinking, structured approach, and result-oriented mindset.
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
Required language skills:
- English: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- French/Dutch: Proficiency is a plus.
