The role of recruitment is evolving. Automation is eliminating the need for consultants to take on low-value, time-consuming tasks – ensuring that they can focus on strategic priorities for their employer, their clients, and their candidates. Clients and candidates, in turn, have come to expect more from recruiters: they must be consultants and employment specialists, and their role must therefore expand beyond talent sourcing.
