Last month I was delighted to accept the APSCo award for Best Disability Practice on behalf of my company Evenbreak. I was discussing this with the lovely Maggie Pattinson from APSCo, who many of you will know, and we thought it would be a good idea to share best practice in disability inclusion with members and affiliates. This is the first in a series of monthly articles to do just that.
