Artificial Intelligence and its growing role in the recruitment function was the main topic of the spring meeting of the Technology Leadership Forum this year. Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) are becoming increasingly intelligent, but will we get to a stage where AI takes on a deeper role, remotely tapping in to glean answers directly from the human brain?
