Join the Predictive Analytics team within the Marketing and Communication department, where your expertise will directly influence the success of marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop AI models to address business challenges, making marketing campaigns more relevant and impactful.
- Utilise a variety of analytical methodologies, including large language models and classical statistical/machine learning techniques.
- Capture business needs, perform data analyses, build models, and set up tests to measure impact.
- Advise Marketing & Communications Managers on the use of predictive models.
- Present complex technical concepts as clear, actionable insights.
- Oversee the production run from data preparation to scoring and validation, ensuring model performance.
- Support the creation of new variables and continuous improvement cycles.
- Demonstrate extensive experience in Python and contribute to deploying AI models using a comprehensive stack of tools.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role.
- Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (statistics, mathematics, computer science) or substantial experience in data science.
- Mandatory: Expertise in Python, Git, bash, SQL.
- Preferable: Experience with Domino Data Science Platform, SAS, recommender systems, language models, optimisation under constraints, Django.
- Business Experience: Campaigning, direct marketing, A/B testing.
- Team player with good communication and influencing skills.
- Quick self-starter with a pro-active attitude.
- Result-driven and business-oriented.
- English: Fluent (spoken and written.
- Dutch: Fluent/Good level OR French: Fluent/Good level.
