The Banking Domain Architect will ensure the architectural coherence of CRM systems, aligning them with business objectives and technological advancements. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on architectural design, supporting digital transformation initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Design – Develop and document robust, future-proof IT solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with business and IT teams to validate and refine architecture decisions
- Implementation Oversight – Ensure compliance with architectural principles and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement – Stay ahead of technological trends and integrate them into the bank’s IT landscape.

- IT architecture strategies and blueprints.
- Application diagrams and system map.
- Feature and asset architecture documentation.
- Architectural studies and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Technical Expertise – Strong background in functional, technical, application, and data architecture. Experience with data modelling, API design, and enterprise modelling (e.g., ArchiMate) is a plus.
- Business Acumen – Experience in Scrum and project management. CRM knowledge is an asset.
- Soft Skills – Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Language Skills – Fluent in English and Dutch or French (basic knowledge of the other is required).
