We are seeking an experienced E2E Test Manager to lead the testing strategy for a large-scale financial integration program. This initiative involves the migration and integration of daily payment systems for a major institutional client. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination across multiple workstreams and delivering a high-quality, risk-managed testing framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the E2E test strategy, ensuring full functional and non-functional test coverage (including regression, security, performance, and usability).
- Define test methodologies, tools, and processes to optimize execution across multiple teams.
- Track and analyse defects, identifying structural issues and ensuring efficient resolution.
- Provide regular reporting on test progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Act as the main point of contact for all testing-related queries, ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders.
- Work closely with release engineers, test engineers, and other key stakeholders to manage dependencies and mitigate risks.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in test management, including leading E2E testing for large-scale programs (€5M+ budget).
- Strong knowledge of test techniques, automation tools (QC, Cucumber, SOAP, Service Virtualization), and software development methodologies.
- Experience in agile environments, ideally in complex transformation programs.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
