We are looking for a Program Manager who will work together with the different Initiative/delivery Owners, Squads and Tribes to coordinate the full delivery of the roadmap. You will define with the different Initiative/Delivery owners the planning, dependencies, and budgets for each part of the roadmap. You will manage the interdependencies between the initiatives.

You will be based out of their Brussels office and will be required to go into the office 60% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:

• This is a key-role in the development and management of the program plans.
• Responsible for the program governance.
• Assisting and leading program boards or steering committees.
• Program monitoring and reporting.
• Risk assessment and issue management.
• Capacity planning and resource management.
• Financial management.
• Training coordination.

Skills needed:

• Strong expertise in MS Office.
• Good understanding of work-flow processes.
• Very good knowledge of Project management methodologies and tools (Prince2, PMBOK, Clarity, MS project, harmony ).
