Dutch bank ABN AMRO is claiming an industry first by rolling out the use of Snapchat to communicate with its customers. The FI said that with one million Dutch users, Snapchat had grown into a communication channel that companies âcould not afford to ignoreâ. From this week, users will be able to ask ABN AMRO staff questions via the video messaging network. The bank will also use the app to share financial and money saving tips â particularly aimed at its student customers.
