We will provide an update in the New Year on how donations were split across each of the following charities we decided to support, both as a company and individually this year, for the work they carry out across the UK.
Crisis at Christmas help bring a little festive cheer and support to the homeless across the UK. The work they do, alongside other charities supporting the homeless, is invaluable not just in providing help to so many people for a few days over the Christmas period but in supporting them to positively change their lives for the better in the future.
As well as helping with the medical needs of people affected by cancer, Macmillan also looks at the social, emotional and practical impact cancer can have, and campaigns for better cancer care. Macmillan Cancer Support’s goal is to reach and improve the lives of everyone living with cancer in the UK.
Action for Children are committed to helping vulnerable and neglected children and young people, and their families, throughout the UK. Through 650 projects and services based around the UK, the charity works with over 300,000 children, young people, and their families. It helps and supports people in areas as diverse as disability respite therapy, foster care, adoption and child neglect.
